Wonderful

Hotel was very modern with well equipped bedrooms and the whole place was kept spotlessly clean. There was a good choice at breakfast and the couple of lunches we had at rooftop snackbar were nice. The staff were very pleasent and helpful.

There could be more in the way of evening entertainment and the sunbathing side of the rooftop needs some umbrellas.

The staff were very efficient, friendly and knowledgable. The hotel was clean throughout

Charging for using the room safe deposit box is a little petty as was a charge (albeit very low) for having pool towels changed

Basically everything! The ocean view is incredible, the breakfast buffet is rich, the room was spacious and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay here

Would recommend and would go back!

It was one of my best stay!! We got upgraded to a Suite, because the hotel was overbooked, what an amazing experience!! The room was huge! The shower experience with the lights is so good. The bed is very comfortable and large. The staff were incredibly nice. Great choice at breakfast buffet. For me this hotel was much better than lots of 5-stars hotels I have been to.

I am being very picky, because overall there was nothing annoying at all. Parking space could be a bit bigger, it was quickly full. The lifts were terribly slow, but it’s no problem without the luggages or for non disabled people.

The sea view from our room was spectacular. It was very clean and well maintained. The overall feel of the hotel was really nice. The breakfast is outstanding!

staff at the rooftop wasn‘t friendly and it took forever to order a drink (but the staff at the reception was very friendly)

Very Good

The cliffside location, the sound of the ocean, the ocean views. The breakfast on the terrace, the staff. Our room was very quiet and private.

A coffee machine in the room would be appreciated. The TV was a bit superfluous as it didn't have channels we could watch and we couldn't stream to it. It was also not viewable from the bed. It felt like the hotel had cut back on some service delivery e.g. check in at 4pm?! We asked for extra blankets and they took ages to be brought to the room. The room was also cleaned by 4pm each day . A few more staff would help support a hard working team.

Incredible Property, Stunning Views

Absolutely stunning hotel. - The view from the rooms was incredible, it felt like we were on a cruise ship. - I’m a bit of a germaphobe so I picked this hotel because of its excellent cleaning rating (9.3 upon booking) and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of the hotel felt clean, from the rooms, to the rooftop bar, to the restaurant. The cleaners worked round the clock. They cleaned our room every day(which you don’t always get since covid) and were always around if you needed extra towels. - The area around the hotel is quiet from a nightlife pov but has lots of small restaurants and shops that are open late, and it feels very safe to walk around, even as a woman at night. - The spa was amazing, probably one of the best I’ve been in, and well worth the €15 on a cloudy day. - I used the gym daily and while it doesn’t have a massive array of equipment it has enough to get the job done, treadmill, bike, elliptical, squat rack, bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a Lat Pulldown, chest press and leg extension machine. it’s bigger than expected too so there’s plenty of room to grab a mat and do your own thing. - Breakfast was incredible each morning, I’ve never seen anything like it except for in the buffets in Vegas where you pay $45 to enter. A great selection, even for vegetarians and vegans. - Finally the rooftop bar was my favourite, the staff were the nicest up there, the drinks were delish, the music was great and the hang-gliders were incredible to watch!

There were a couple of miscommunications upon check-in that ended up being a little frustrating, but it was no big deal. - The lady checking us in told us we had free dinner every night(along with free breakfast) which was news to us since we hadn’t paid for it! We were shocked and so double checked we had heard her correctly and she said yes the buffet is free but you’ll need to pay for drinks. When we went down for dinner we were seated and then the waitress came over and told us we did not have the dinner package and had to leave. It was a bit embarrassing at the time, but these things happen! - The wifi code we were given only lasted for 3 days even though we were there for 5. again, no big deal, once we asked at reception they gave us another one but just was a bit annoying as we were already in bed for the night when we realised our wifi had expired. the whole system of the wifi code for 2 devices is a bit annoying, and as others mentioned it would be better if you could use 3 or 4 devices.

The view from the rooms is fantastic! Feels as if you are on a cruise ship. The rooms are big and modern. The territory is also nice and we loved visiting the pools. Breakfast has a wide range of choice, everything was tasty enough.

Very good and all do again!

I loved the room and I had such an amazing view. The room was spacious and keep clean at all times. Breakfast and restaurant were also very good and the food was delicious.

The only thing that could have been better was that my Fridge was not working. Which make it difficult for me to keep my drinks cold.

Excellent, really recommend the hotel

The hotel has a very good location, it is 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop and it is very close to shops, minimarket, restaurants, pubs, pick-up point for trips (Tamaran, Getyour guide). Public transportation is very good in Tenerife and it is quite cheap. Breakfast and dinner was very diverse and the food qualify excellent. The view from the balcony is stunning, hearing every night the waves was very relaxing and it helped us sleep better. The pool was also very nice and not crowded. We found at any hour of the day sunbeds and the temperature of the water was ideal. The jacuzzi and the bar on the upper floor excellent, the only down side was to find them free, but was not impossible if you go after 6 PM. The sunset seen from the roof it is amayzing.

The internet connexion is poor and quite limited. You receive a username and code every 6 days and for each device you are using, which was quite weird and difficult.
